Für unsere Mieter haben wir einen Servicebereich eingerichtet. Wer z.B. seine Wäsche waschen oder trocknen will, kann das in der gemeinsamen Waschküche gerne wärend seiner Arbeitszeit erledigen. So spart man Zeit und Wege, die man für sich besser nutzen kann.

Umgebung

Das Grundstück mit seinen Gebäuden ist eingebettet in einen Mischwald, geprägt durch seine großen Laubbäume. Der nahe Stadtwald ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Badesseen und Erholungsflächen, Joggen, Biken und vieles mehr, gleich ums Eck, jederzeit.

Einfach gut, wenn man nach einem bewegtem Tag schnell Erholung finden kann. Work-Live-Balance, ganz in deiner Nähe.

Lage

Die Zimmer liegen im nörlichen Stadtgebiet und sind bestens mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln im Innenbereich des Münchner Verkehrsverbundes erschlossen. S-Bahn und Expressbus sind in der Nähe. Die Universität ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
